This month we will be planting cowslip seeds to germinate over the winter for planting in the Spring. An end of holidays family friendly activity. All materials provided. We will also be tackling some of our usual tasks, so come along ad join us - there is something for everyone.

About The Event

Meeting: 10.00am at the junction of Northbrook Avenue and Baring Road at 10am. Feel free to turn up - no need to register in advance! Hot drinks and biscuits served at the end

Main tasks: Ths months we are adding wild flower seed planting to our usual tasks of clearing paths and fencing, controlling ivy and undergrowth, and carrying out minor repairs as needed. Briefing and allocation of tasks will be addressed on the day.

What to bring:  We will have some tools on hand but please, if you can, bring your own. Most useful tools: loppers and secateurs. Please also bring protective items, especially gloves, goggles and knee pads.

Weatherwise: Please wear weather-suitable gear! To note: Working Parties generaly go ahead rain or shine, but will be called off in case of especially poor weather.
