Join us on 25 January 2025 to mark 130th anniversary of Park's expansion!
130 years ago, work began to expand St Giles Hill Park, incorporating land donated by Lord Northbrook. One of the country’s leading landscape architects was commissioned to come up with a design. On 25th January 2025 at 10:45am, the Mayor of Winchester will be joining us for a ceremonial tree planting to mark the anniversary. Please join us - all welcome! Event details here.
The Park Friends organise regular working parties in the park, as well as talks, walks, surveys and other activities. Learn more about our upcoming events here.
